Where a company’s own address is outside Estonia, the Commercial Register requires a contact person in Estonia. We act as that contact person, and your company may use our address in the centre of Tallinn as its registered address. All three services together are €100 a year.

Contact Person Estonia is a trading name of JusTrust OÜ, a service provider licensed by the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit. One fee covers the three things an Estonian company with a foreign board actually needs to stay compliant with the Commercial Register.
We would rather you knew this before you order than after.
Three steps. The middle one is required by law and we cannot shorten it for anyone.
Write to us with the company name and registry code, or tell us that you are about to form one. We confirm what we need and what it will cost.
We are an obliged entity under the Estonian Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act. Before we can act for you we identify and verify your company, its board members, its shareholders and its beneficial owners, and screen them against sanctions and PEP sources. The same measures apply to every client, irrespective of the fee paid.
We are entered in the Commercial Register as your contact person and your company’s registered address is set to ours. The term runs twelve months and renews unless either side gives notice.
The first three are what the annual fee buys. The rest are quoted separately, and are provided by the same group of companies.
